Final Clean
This Clean is usually after all trades have completed their initail work and completed. We will go in and clean the units free of trash, dust , vacuumed and polished.
Move- IN Clean
This clean is after all paint and drywall have been touched up in the unit. We will come in and give it a good clean to ensure the house is "homeowner" ready.
warranty clean
This clean is usually is scheduled with the warranty team if there is a purchased home already lived in. We work closely with the warranty team to be the last in to clean up after repairs have been completed.
Standing inventory clean
This clean is for any completed constructed homes that the sales team my be showing to interested buyers. Usually cleaned before the weekend. Polishing all hard surface tops, restrooms and mirrors. Floor care includes sweep, mop and vacuum.
